What does Activation energy have to do with chemical reaction?

By: Jalee Anderson

Activation Energy( Ea)-----> when a reaction which depends on energy for the reaction to occur. It can also be to chemical mixtures to make a chemical reactions at the right temperature. Many chemicals need more heat for them to react and that is activation energy.

Example 1:

When water gets hot, it start to boils. The water molecules turns into water vapors(steam) and they are known as a gas. So the stove is activation energy, because it making the water turn into steam.boilingwater.jpg
